About us

An insurance agency, built around advice

Aspect Aero, Inc. works exclusively in insurance. As an independent agency we place commercial, personal, and benefits coverage with more than forty carrier partners, which means our representatives are never boxed into a single product line.

Our clients are small and mid-sized businesses and the families behind them — contractors, clinics, fleets, restaurants, and professional firms who need coverage explained in plain language before they sign anything. That's the standard our sales floor is measured against.

We grow by hiring good salespeople and keeping them. Reps stay because renewals compound, territories aren't carved up mid-year, and leadership still writes business alongside the team.

Uncapped commission

Competitive base plus residual commission on every policy you write — renewals keep paying long after the sale.

Qualified leads, not cold lists

Our marketing team hands you vetted inbound inquiries so your day is spent selling, not dialing dead numbers.

Licensing paid for

Not licensed yet? We cover Property & Casualty and Life & Health course fees and exam costs for new hires.

Products you can stand behind

Independent access to 40+ carriers means you quote what genuinely fits the client, never a single forced product.

Why Aspect Aero

“Most agencies hand you a phone list and wish you luck. Here you get a mentor, a book you keep, and carriers that let you say yes.”
